Educare Staff
Owner, Joan Lepas, has a M.A. degree with 40 years experience in the field and Montessori training. She is available on a regular basis to support staff with ongoing curriculum.
On-campus administrator, Kim Scharmann, has a variety of child care experience with 5 years in our facility. She also has extensive private business experience.
Experienced pre-school teacher, toddler teacher, and daycare staff round out the Educare Staff Family.
